## About the role

As a Senior EHS and Training Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the EHS and Training programs for Redwood’s Energy Services business unit . This position will support power electronics manufacturing and assembly, power electronics R&D , project site commissioning, product certification testing and field service and maintenance operations . You will translate regulatory and company requirements into hands-on programs that operators, technicians, and engineers can apply immediately . ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industrial EHS training experience
- Authorized outreach trainer status for general industry safety training preferred, or the ability to obtain it within the first year
- Working knowledge of federal and state general industry safety regulations, ANSI B11 machine safety standards, and risk assessment methods
- Demonstrated experience applying Design for EHS or prevention-through-design principles
- Confident classroom and floor-level instruction, paired with strong technical writing skills for complex regulatory content
- Professional composure and interpersonal credibility to stop unsafe work and coach through it
