## About the role

We are looking for a Head of Creative & Brand to own how our brand looks, feels, and shows up creatively across every touchpoint. This is a senior, highly visible role for someone who has led creative or design teams before and wants to bring sharp craft and strong taste to a company with real momentum. You will lead brand identity and creative campaign execution, manage a small design team, and report to Reevo's Head of Design.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years in creative, design, or art direction roles, with at least 2 years leading a creative or design team
- A strong portfolio showing brand identity work and integrated campaigns, ideally at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Excellent craft and taste — you can art-direct at a high level and also roll up your sleeves in the tools
- Comfortable setting creative vision and executing hands-on
- Excellent cross-functional collaborator, especially with product marketing, content, and social teams
- Experience managing designers, agencies, and freelancers
