## About the role

We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to own a major surface of Reevo end to end and to raise the bar for how the whole team works.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years designing products in a fast-paced environment, with meaningful time in B2B SaaS and at startup stage
- A track record of zero-to-one work: you've taken something from nothing to shipped, more than once, and can talk about what you got wrong
- Fluency with AI tooling in your daily practice today. You're already building with agents, not planning to start
- Comfortable working in the codebase through agents. You're already prototyping and shipping real UI this way, and you can hold your end of a conversation with engineers about tradeoffs
- Systems thinking — you build reusable patterns and understand the workflow beyond your immediate surface
- You lead with a solution. You bring designs and prototypes rather than documents and open questions, and when you disagree you come with an alternative
