## About the role

We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to build and lead Reflection’s marketing organization. This role will own Reflection’s overall marketing strategy and execution across corporate marketing, product and growth marketing, sales enablement, brand partnerships, and beyond. They will translate company priorities into a focused marketing roadmap, establish the systems and processes required to execute it, and ensure the function is delivering measurable impact across the business.

## What they're looking for

- 12+ years of experience, including significant experience building, scaling, and leading marketing teams
- A strong track record in marketing for technical and/or community-driven brands
- Experience developing an integrated marketing strategy across product marketing, performance marketing, brand, creative storytelling and beyond
- Strong operational leadership, including ownership of planning, budgets, and measurement systems
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed: this role is being built from the ground up, as the company scales, so you’ll be building the playbook and team as you go
- Excellent cross-functional and executive-level judgment, with experience partnering closely with senior leaders across the business
