## About the role

Reflection AI is looking for a Member of Technical Staff - IT Engineer. In this role, you’ll be expected to manage a broad range of operational, strategic, and project-based responsibilities with maximum autonomy and minimal oversight.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support
- Comfort working in a customer-facing role in which you are dealing with executives, executive assistants, engineers, and non-technical people
- Ability to navigate complex, non-trivial problems with minimal support
- Experience working with both macOS and Windows devices (Linux is a bonus)
- Expertise in managing user provisioning through Rippling and Okta, including automating user onboarding and offboarding flows
- Experience configuring and managing Okta as the primary SSO IdP, including integrating SaaS platforms with Okta SSO
