## About the role

We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Generalist to help us quickly scale out operations. You will partner closely with founders, engineering, research, and business teams to drive high-priority projects across the company — from GTM strategy and, data and automation, partnerships, internal operations and org scaling. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented: able to think big picture, but a builder at heart.

## What they're looking for

- 7-10 years experience in strategy or operations in an early stage startup, or consulting experience with a top tier firm
