## About the role

ReflexAI’s Field Marketing & Events Manager shapes and executes ReflexAI's events program with precision and creative excellence across conferences, tradeshows, executive forums, hosted experiences, and virtual events. The role coordinates closely with sales, customer success, product marketing, demand generation, design, and external vendors to ensure every event is executed on time, on brand, and on brief.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of event marketing or field marketing experience in B2B SaaS
- A track record of exceptional execution. You anticipate details others miss, build systems that prevent surprises, and stay composed and resourceful when plans change
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functionally in a remote environment, managing timelines and stakeholder accountability without a shared office to fall back on
- Experience managing both tradeshows and high-touch, intimate formats (hosted dinners, roundtables, or executive forums)
- Experience running webinars or virtual events, including platform management and registration/promotion coordination
- A genuine creative sensibility for events. You have opinions about what makes an experience memorable and you can articulate them
