## About the role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Lead to help us scale the early team that will reshape global trade. As our first recruiting hire, you’ll own the full hiring funnel — from sourcing exceptional talent to designing interview processes that reflect Reform’s culture of high standards, speed, and curiosity.

## What they're looking for

- 3–6 years of experience recruiting for early-stage startups or top-tier technology companies
- Proven success recruiting engineers or technical talent (bonus for GTM exposure)
- Exceptional communication skills and candidate empathy
