## About the role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel, Litigation to join our legal team. This individual will support litigation matters across Regent and its portfolio companies. The role will focus on managing active disputes, coordinating with outside counsel, and assisting with litigation strategy and risk assessment. This is an in-office position, based in Beverly Hills.

## What they're looking for

- Assist with the management of active litigation and dispute matters involving Regent and its portfolio companies, including employment, commercial, regulatory, IP, and class action disputes
- Partner with our Legal team to develop case strategies and ensure consistent legal approaches across the portfolio
- Liaise with outside counsel on litigation matters, supporting the selection, engagement, and ongoing management of external legal partners
- Monitor case budgets, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with Regent’s objectives
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support pre-litigation strategy and dispute resolution efforts
- Assist with internal investigations and responses to demand letters or regulatory inquiries
