## About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Growth who can move fast , experiment relentlessly , and turn great ideas into measurable traction . You’ll be in the trenches, shipping campaigns, testing new channels, building loops, and driving real user adoption. As our first dedicated growth leader, you’ll own our playbook across social, product, community, and performance marketing.
