## About the role

You will own a scoped technical project that contributes directly to our research loop. Depending on your strengths and the team’s current bottlenecks, the work may involve training infrastructure, simulation and evaluation, multimodal data processing, robot software, visualization, or calibration tooling. This is a building role rather than a shadowing program.

## What they're looking for

- Currently enrolled in a BS, MS, or PhD program in computer science, electrical engineering, robotics, or a related technical field
- Strong programming fundamentals and practical experience in Python, C++ experience is useful for some projects
- Evidence of building substantial software through research, coursework, open source, internships, or personal projects
- Curiosity about machine learning, robotics, simulation, data systems, or scientific computing
- The ability to work independently, ask precise questions, and debug unfamiliar systems carefully
- Current enrollment in a degree program is welcome but not required if you can demonstrate the relevant ability
