## About the role

Our Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across a broad portfolio of corporate and business functions, including Environmental Health and Safety, Security, Legal, Communications and Brand, Regulatory and Government Affairs, Strategic Affairs, Revenue Operations, Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful experience supporting G&A or other corporate functions
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, senior-level searches—Director level and above—with discretion, rigor, and a high bar for quality
- Experience recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments, startup, technology, aerospace, or defense experience is a plus
- Strong sourcing skills and a proven ability to build targeted pipelines for hard-to-fill and highly specialized roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and provide thoughtful pushback when needed
- Highly collaborative team player with the ability to independently manage and own a full book of business
