## About the role

We are hiring for a Lead, Corporate Finance role to be the finance partner for our G&A functions and to own planning and reporting for a set of departments end to end. You will be the person your business partners come to when they need to understand their budget, plan headcount, or make the financial case for a decision. It is a hands-on role for someone who is close to the numbers, comfortable in the model and the system, and able to turn analysis into clear guidance for non-finance leaders.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience, ideally including business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Hands-on experience with EPM/CPM platforms (Planful, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar) building dynamic reports, creating templates, and manipulating data views
- Strong communication skills, with a track record of making financial concepts clear to non-finance partners
- A self-starter who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, creating structure where standard processes don't yet exist
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines at once
