## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cable and harness inspector or assembler in an electronics manufacturing environment, preferably in a quality function
- Ability to travel up to 50 - 80%
- Knowledge of cable and harness assembly and inspection following NASA-STD-8739.4 and/or IPC-A-620 standards
- Experienced in conducting continuity tests using DMM and other portable measuring devices
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and internal specifications
- Familiarity with avionics systems, components, and installations is essential, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and specifications
