## What they're looking for

- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in metrology and calibration, with at least 1-2+ years in a program or project management role, preferably within aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing
- Deep technical knowledge of calibration methods for electrical, mechanical, optical, and RF/microwave measurement equipment, dimensional metrology, and measurement uncertainty analysis and traceability principles
- Strong understanding of metrology standards including ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, AS9100, and NIST traceability requirements
- Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, pressure/temperature gauges, dimensional tools, and calibration databases. Working with hardware/instrumentation exposed to process gases/fluids
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical information to expert and non-expert audiences
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills
