## About the role

The Senior Technical Trainer delivers high-quality, high-impact instructor-led and blended learning experiences to customers, implementation partners, and internal teams across classroom, virtual, and online modalities. This role owns the full training lifecycle; from designing and developing engaging course content to facilitating live sessions, managing the classroom experience, and continuously improving programs based on CSAT, NPS, and other performance data.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience conducting instructor-led training, live or virtual, in data management or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product or Platform-as-a-Service. (PaaS), data management experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing instructor-led courses with technical subject matter content
- Experience working with cloud-based APIs, API tools (like Postman), and familiarity with JSON
- Demonstrated project or program management experience, including ownership of deliverables, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and outcomes
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners at varying levels of technical knowledge and experience in virtual and in-person learning environments
