## About the role

The Senior Investment Associate will join RVC’s investment team. This is a full-time, in-person position. The role requires participation in several different investment-related activities.

## What they're looking for

- Intellectually curious, AI-native self-starter with a strong interest in startups, venture capital, and the energy transition
- College degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
- Investing or VC experience preferred, energy-transition investing experience is a plus
- Strong quantitative, qualitative, and financial analysis skills
- Ability to produce presentation-ready investment memos, reports, models, and presentations
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote skills are a plus
