## About the role

Remora is seeking a Controller to build and lead our accounting function as we transition from technology development into commercial operations, bringing our first capital projects into service, launching new revenue streams, and preparing for our first financial statement audit and ERP migration.

## What they're looking for

- CPA required
- Public accounting experience with a strong audit foundation, ideally at a large national or global firm
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience
- Several years of experience in an industry controllership, technical accounting, or similar role following public accounting
- Strong technical accounting judgment and experience developing and defending accounting positions with auditors
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex accounting problems and build processes from the ground up
