## About the role

Remora is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead the design and execution of electrical systems for our industrial carbon capture products. This hands-on leader will build and develop the electrical engineering function while providing technical direction across product development, deployment, and commissioning. Experience with industrial power systems, 480V three-phase power, generator integration, and medium- or high-voltage systems is highly valued.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of electrical engineering experience with complex industrial, energy, or electromechanical systems
- Experience leading engineering teams while remaining hands-on
- Strong background in industrial electrical systems, power distribution, controls, and electrical architecture
- Experience with 480V three-phase systems, schematics, and electrical system analysis
- Experience taking systems from R&D/concept through manufacturing, commissioning, and field deployment
