## About the role

Remora is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead and scale supply chain and manufacturing as we move from R&D to production of complex industrial hardware. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience in industrial equipment (e.g., heat exchangers, blowers, skids).

- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing operations, preferably in mid-sized or rapidly scaling industrial companies
- Proven experience working with industrial process equipment or hardware systems (e.g., heat exchangers, blowers, skids, electromechanical assemblies)
- Expertise in supplier sourcing, qualification, procurement, and contract negotiation
