## About the role

Remora is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead permitting strategy and execution for our carbon capture site deployments and commissioning. This is a foundational, hands-on role for a fast-paced startup. You will build the permitting programs, processes, and playbooks from the ground up while working directly with local and state municipalities, agencies, and cross-functional teams to secure the approvals needed to deploy and commission Remora's systems nationwide.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, environmental science, urban planning, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in site development, construction, permitting, infrastructure, or industrial project management
- Experience developing industrial, energy, infrastructure, or distributed projects across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong understanding of site civil engineering, surveying, utilities, grading, drainage, permitting, and construction
- Demonstrated experience managing consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment
