## What they're looking for

- US-qualified lawyer, this is mandatory
- Solid experience as a senior legal employment counsel, with a strong track record handling advisory and contentious matters across the employee lifecycle
- Experience leading on complex internal and external employee matters independently
- Experience advising across multiple jurisdictions
- Good understanding and experience with tech and HR tech products
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
