## About the role

We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to support our CEO, VP of Finance, and VP of People. You’ll be a force multiplier across the executive team: managing complex calendars, driving critical follow-through, and, above all, representing these leaders’ voices in writing and in person with precision and polish.

- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment handling confidential financial and people-related information
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing, high-stakes demands without dropping details
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and moving quickly, you reason clearly about what matters most and execute without waiting for perfect information
