## About the role

The "Cybersecurity Requirements Manager" is responsible for deriving and managing cybersecurity requirements for MCU/SoC and software products. In this role, you will establish appropriate cybersecurity goals for our products—based on existing and emerging cybersecurity regulations (primarily UN R155 for automotive applications and other international regulations)—and support efforts to achieve them.

## What they're looking for

- Experience in cybersecurity development or requirements development for MCUs/SoCs and software products
- Understanding of cybersecurity development processes
- Strong communication skills capable of effectively explaining and coordinating technical matters with stakeholders, such as customers and management
- Deep understanding of MCU/SoC security use cases, including encryption, secure boot, secure updates, and product lifecycles
- Understanding of automotive E/E architectures and cybersecurity
- Experience leading product specification definition as a requirements manager in development projects
