## What they're looking for

- Microsoft Entra ID（Azure AD）および Active Directory を中心とした ID 基盤の設計・構築・運用
- Entra ID / ADFS / Shibboleth 等の IdP と社内外アプリケーションとの SSO（SAML / OpenID Connect）設定およびトラブルシューティング
- SCIM を用いたユーザー・グループプロビジョニングの設計／運用
- MFA、Conditional Access など Zero Trust コンポーネントの設計・改善
- PowerShell や API を用いた認証基盤運用の自動化
- 認証ログ分析、セキュリティ面を含むユーザー・アクセス管理の改善提案
