## About the role

•Manage and allocate manpower effectively to support daily QA activities. Ensure all required quality check items are performed promptly and according to documented requirements. •Develop and maintain clear and detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with step-by-step instructions, illustrations, and key control points.

## What they're looking for

- ·Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field
- ·Knowledge in computer (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- ·Experience in semiconductor back-end processes (Eg. Die Bond, Wire Bond, Mold, Trim/Form, etc) are encouraged
- Soft Skills
- ·Good leadership & team management skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of organization
- ·Provide guidance to inspectors to enhance job efficiency
