## About the role

As a member of our Power Management business unit, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Renesas’ industry-leading power management solutions. You will collaborate closely with product definition, marketing, and field teams to develop innovative Winning Combinations (Success Stories), support key customer tier-1 designs, and define the next generation of highly efficient DC-DC and multiphase power solutions. ## What they're looking for

- Excellent organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience with power IC, MOSFET, control loop, digital controllers, multi-phase buck
- Competence in Python or C, experience with lab equipment automation is a significant benefit
- Proficiency with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, electronic loads, and function generators
- Experience with analog circuit modeling and simulation tools (e.g., SIMPLIS and PSpice) is required
- Advanced knowledge of DC/DC converter topologies, including buck, boost, buck-boost, charge pump, and intermediate bus converters
