## About the role

Solutions Marketing – focus on promoting solutions, engaging with key driving customers in alignment with the field and internal product groups to drive full product promotion and uncover future solution requirements. In this role, you will focus on key customer engagement, driving application-level solutions and opportunities. The primary focus is the Industrial Automation segment, including PLCs, edge sensing, motor control, and HMI interfaces.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles
- Deep understanding of the Industrial Automation market: trends, solutions, challenges, competitors, standards, etc
- Experience with technical field sales and FAE's combined with a proven ability to follow up on leads and build relationships in the field
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and communication skills. Capable of conveying complex concepts clearly, concisely, and effectively
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment, collaborating seamlessly with teams across multiple offices worldwide
