## About the role

A successful candidate will have in-depth system-level understanding and knowledge about semiconductor, hardware, and software development for high performance analog and mixed-signal systems in consumer, industrial, and automotive applications. The candidate will be responsible for researching technical trends and defining innovative high performance analog devices. Also, he or she will work closely with customers’ system engineering, hardware, and software teams to help define and use Renesas’s products.

## What they're looking for

- Education: BSEE/MSEE degree or advanced degree plus minimum 15 years of experience in high performance analog applications with consistent track record of results
- In-depth knowledge in programmable gain amplifier, ADC, and DAC applications
- Intimate knowledge of various power conversion architectures is a plus
- Experience in proposing, defining, and developing semiconductor products
- Ability to understand the customers’ problems and needs, and to propose a solution
- Comprehensive understanding about customers’ systems and key requirements for high performance data conversion
