## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry
- Fluent in English is required, Japanese language proficiency is a plus
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with passive components (MLCC/ inductors/ Embedded substrate) is a strong advantage
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, proficient in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
