## About the role

Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced Product Engineer (Staff level) to lead the development, qualification, release, and sustaining of advanced semiconductor power products. This role is responsible for driving product engineering execution across the full lifecycle, from silicon bring-up through high-volume production, with a strong focus on product quality, yield optimization, reliability, and customer success. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product engineering, test engineering, or related roles

- Deep understanding of product lifecycle (NPI through sustaining)
- Proven track record solving complex technical and yield-related issues
- Strong data analysis skills (JMP, Python, MATLAB or similar)
