This role interfaces with cross functional teams on all phases of product life cycle. This role is responsible for driving yield enhancement, reducing test costs and ensuring the overall quality and manufacturability of the devices. ## What they're looking for

- •A bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or related field
- •> 7 years of experience in High Volume Semiconductor Manufacturing environment preferably in Test Product Engineering, Test Engineering or Product Engineering
- •Strong understanding of product knowledge & test methodology of analog/digital/power product, failure analysis, reliability test, RCA
- •Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools (JMP, Spotfire, etc.)
- •Strong communication skills to interact with people at all levels
- •Strong project management skills
