The Staff Process Test Engineer provides technical leadership for the new product introduction, transfer, and high-volume manufacturing of automotive semiconductor products. This role leads cross-functional efforts to establish production readiness of final test operations, resolve complex yield and quality issues, and optimize product and test performance. - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in semiconductor test manufacturing, product engineering, or test engineering within a high-volume manufacturing environment
