## About the role

As the HR lead for our Fulfillment Centers, you will oversee all people-related matters at our distribution centers (Dream Fulfillment Centers) in Secaucus, NJ, and Arlington, TX. You will collaborate with Senior Management and People Leadership to develop and implement HR programs that align with business objectives, enhance organizational and employee effectiveness, and translate into a sustainable HR agenda that supports growth.

## What they're looking for

- BA/BS degree with over 8 years of management experience in Human Resources, including demonstrable experience in leading a team
- HR leadership experience within a center of excellence model, supporting large operations, logistics, or supply chain environment preferred
- Essential experience in supporting sizeable non-exempt employee populations (hundreds of employees)
- Experience managing dispersed teams across both physical and remote locations
- Strong analytical skills, HR Analytics, Workday, Excel, and Google Suite proficiency, and proven ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive insights
- Proven track record in successfully launching effective HR policies and procedures and building high-performing teams
