## About the role

The Site Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager will be responsible for partnering with the site operations team in the Dream Fulfillment Center (DFC) to execute company safety policies and ensure compliance to all applicable local and regional regulations. By leveraging lean principles and kaizens, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk in our processes to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for our associates.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years experience in EHS programs in manufacturing and warehousing, preferably in food, chemical, or health and beauty environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, or related fields
- OSHA 30 certification or higher
- Must maintain an onsite presence and perform on-call rotations for the network to provide weekend and afterhours coverage
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Enforce safety guidelines, cleanliness and security standards
