## About the role

As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing - Organic Growth & Discovery, you will lead our organic growth strategy and execution across four areas–Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), App Store Optimization (ASO) and referral marketing–to drive sustainable, scalable traffic and revenue.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, growth marketing or digital marketing
- Highly proficient with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools – including Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, keyword research platforms, and related tools
- Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering or UX/UI Design teams to deliver against technical SEO product roadmaps (e.g., Core Web Vitals, structured data, indexation, linking)
- Proficient with Content Management Systems (CMS), such as Contentful
- Comfortable with Web Analytics tools, Looker or Heap preferred
