## About the role

Replicas lets you manage cloud coding agents - swarms of frontier coding agents like Claude Code or Codex working in their own sandboxes. With their own customizable environments, they can iterate and work on any engineering task and deliver PRs. We’re looking for people who chase as hard as they can. We want someone with opinions about where AI agents and software engineering is heading.
