## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong backend expertise in TypeScript/Node, Python, Go, or a similar language
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with a data warehouse and event instrumentation
- Hands-on experience with attribution, marketing technology, deep linking, payment webhooks, or high-scale event pipelines
- A record of working with non-engineering partners to turn ambiguous business needs into shipped systems
- Built growth or martech infrastructure at a consumer or PLG company, such as referral systems, promotion platforms, lifecycle tooling, or CDPs
- Built agents that act on business data with clear evaluations, permissions, and human controls
