## About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-priority hiring initiatives over a six-month engagement. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and People leadership to deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and efficient hiring experience. Candidates with experience recruiting in sustainability, climate, or mission-driven organizations are strongly preferred. Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake through offer and close.

## What they're looking for

- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and meet tight timelines
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
- Ability to work East Coast hours
