Reputation.com is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Associate Accountant to join our world class Accounting team working directly for the Senior Manager, Accounting. In this role, you will be a key player in the month-end close process, while supporting the Company’s growth by participating in ad-hoc projects and improving upon current processes. ## What they're looking for

- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closes, including assigned journal entries, balance-sheet account reconciliations, and overall maintenance of operational management accounts
- Execute mid-level general-ledger account reconciliations, accurate reporting, and data verification, enabling senior staff to analyze options and make financial decisions aligned with company objectives
- Assist with the ongoing automation of our operational processes and help drive the creation of standardized accounting procedures
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper expense allocation and coding
- Assist with external financial audits by providing supporting documentation and materials as requested for annual and interim periods
- Continuously identify and develop solutions for process improvement
