## About the role

You'll serve as the primary point-of-contact for the GTM team and negotiate commercial contracts including customer agreements, DPAs, order forms, partner and reseller agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs. You'll run priority commercial work independently, carry the day-to-day volume, and know when to escalate.

## What they're looking for

- A JD and active bar admission in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction
- 5+ years of commercial transactional experience, in-house or at a firm, with real depth in SaaS and technology agreements. Time inside a software or technology company is a plus
- A track record of running commercial deals independently and getting to signature without hand-holding
- Strong legal operations instincts. You think about process, templates, and automation, not just the contract in front of you, and you've built or improved a contracting process before
- Sound business judgment. You know which battles matter, you redline pragmatically, and you frame risk in terms the business can act on
- Fluency with privacy requirements in commercial contracting, including DPAs, data-handling terms, and cross-border transfer obligations
