## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience building and operating performant, non-trivial backend systems in production
- Expertise or strong interest in the following areas: web performance optimization (including ORM and DB profiling), deploying and scaling web applications using cloud services, application security
- High enthusiasm for supporting both rapid proof-of-concept prototypes as well as robust, mission critical components for both internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity, strong user-first mindset, and ability to come up with non-regrettable technical solutions
- Flexibility and dedication to work in a team and ship exceptional software
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
