- Demonstrated success leading customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and high customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to structure complex projects, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver against timelines and milestones
- Strong documentation and process discipline, ensuring accurate records of project scope, decisions, and milestones for both internal visibility and customer reference
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a track record of contributing to delivery playbooks, refining methodologies, and sharing feedback to enhance project execution at scale
