## About the role

Your goal is to make Retool the easiest platform for enterprises to connect to their data, systems, and AI models—and to make those connections reusable across everything they build.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of product management experience, including building and launching 0–1 products for technical or enterprise users
- Experience helping a fast-growing product evolve into a scalable platform
- Strong platform thinking: you can identify shared primitives, design for reuse, and build systems that support many products and use cases
- Experience with data connectivity, integration platforms, developer platforms, or similarly technical enterprise products. We’re looking for more than experience shipping individual API integrations
- The technical depth to participate credibly in architecture discussions and evaluate tradeoffs with senior engineers
- A track record of turning ambiguous, cross-cutting problems into clear product direction and shipped outcomes
