## About the role

Essentially, if you can take a project from conception, through construct creation, to plant transformation, to regeneration, you might be the perfect candidate. We are looking to fill this position ASAP, but we do have some flexibility with your start date.

## What they're looking for

- • PhD in plant biology or a related discipline (open to recent grads as well as those with industry experience)
- • Deep expertise in plant tissue culture, with experience with plant transformation highly desirable
- • Excellent molecular biology skills
- • Exposure to bio-informatics highly desirable
- Essentially, if you can take a project from conception, through construct creation, to plant transformation, to regeneration, you might be the perfect candidate
- • Excellent work ethic. This is a start-up, and there aren’t many 40-hour weeks
