## About the role

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join our team and own the data infrastructure that powers Revamp’s personalization engine. This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco.

## What they're looking for

- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL, API, event-based) to support millions of events monthly
- Architect and optimize backend systems using Python, Postgres, and Temporal
- Lead infrastructure projects end-to-end, from planning through deployment
- Work closely with the product team to develop data-powered features
- Improve observability, scalability, and performance across our systems
- Help define engineering best practices and shape Revamp’s technical roadmap
