## About the role

Reveal is hiring a Senior Product Designer to drive UX and UI across Reveal products. Day to day, you'll work alongside product management and engineering to define, design and build product solutions, while drawing on and contributing to a unified design system used across products. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years in product design
- 5+ years in Figma
- Expert-level Figma with a systemized approach. You think in reusable components and tokens, not one-off screens. Fluency with Auto Layout, components, variants, and styles is non-negotiable
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped product work, not just polished screens
- High comfort with ambiguity and autonomy. You'll be the only designer embedded in your unit and must be able to drive work without design backup
- A bias toward speed and a fail-fast mindset, with the judgment to know when a decision warrants more rigor
