## About the role

We’re hiring a Head of Events to build and own Revel’s events function from the ground up. This is a senior, highly hands-on role with significant ownership over how Revel shows up in the real world—from defining our events strategy and calendar to delivering exceptional experiences on the ground.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience producing events or experiential programs, including demonstrated ownership of an events portfolio or function
- Proven track record building and driving an events roadmap with minimal oversight
- Comfortable being the sole events person — doing hands-on execution yourself, with marketing and design as support
- An established network of trusted vendors and production partners, along with the ability to identify and evaluate new partners when an idea requires something different
- Exceptional project-management skills and command of budgets, contracts, logistics, timelines, and multiple simultaneous workstreams
- The ability to understand technical products and turn them into experiences that engineers find substantive and engaging
