## About the role

Work directly with early customers and beta users to conduct deep discovery — understanding their workflows, pain points, and mental models at a high level of fidelity. Translate that feedback into clearly scoped product requirements, not just a list of feature requests.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of product management experience, or highly relevant adjacent experience
- Prior experience as a software or systems engineer
- Experience managing or contributing to a technically deep product — e.g. FEM/CFD simulation tools, CAD/3D modeling, robotics simulation, or electrical design tools
- Proven ability to conduct rigorous, high-fidelity customer discovery — not just collecting feature requests, but uncovering real user needs
- Experience operating in a "1 to N" product phase: taking an existing product through validation, integration, and scaled launch
- Strong cross-functional instincts and comfort working across engineering, design, and marketing
