## About the role

We're looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Fresno! This is a hands-on role supporting our operations teams, including warehouse associates, drivers, technicians, and facility leadership. You'll serve as the primary People Team partner for our Fresno facility while also providing remote support to our Brooklyn operations.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably supporting hourly or operations-based workforces
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and employee relations in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of California employment law, experience supporting multi-state employees, including New York, is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems, Rippling experience is a plus
